M° Maurizio Dones

He has completed is classical studies and the musical formation in Milan at the “Giuseppe Verdi” Conservatory. To mention some of his music masters: Margherita Ceradini Vacchelli (violin), Renato Dionisi ( choral, counterpoint and composition), Luigi Alberto Bianchi (viola), Cesare Ferraresi (quartett and chamber music), Angelo Mazza ( theory and choral music). After that he has studied orchestral conducting with maestro Gianluigi Gelmetti, of whom he became the assistant and regular collaborator for the major Orchestras, Theatres, and National and International Festivals, such as : SDR Stuttgart Radio Symphony Orchestra, Munchner Philharmoniker, “La Mannaie” Theatre of Bruxelles, Royal Theatre of Montecarlo, Opera Theatre of Rome, “Teatro alla Scala” of Milan, “Coven Garden” of London, “Rossini Opera Fetival” in Pesaro, Ravena Festival, Festspiel of Schwetzingen (Germany), “ Le Printemps” of Montecarlo and “Settimana Chigiana” of Siena. Eclectic conductor, he is very active in various theatres and foundations in Italy as well as abroad, doing concerts in the more prestigious concert Halls with soloists such as Josè Carreras, Mariella Devia, Sonia Ganassi, Cecilia Gasdia, Reina Kabaiwanska, Louis Bakalov, Michele Campanella, Boris Petrushansky, and light music stars such as Amy Steward, Ornella Vanoni, Enzo Gragnaniello, Beppe Barra e Franco Simone. The “Missa de Beatificazione” of Sergio Rendine that he conducted at the Nervi Hall in Vatican (02/05/1999) in the occasion of the beatification of Padre Pio, with Josè Carreras as soloist has been of world importance.
A lot of Compositors has dedicated him their own works and commit him the world premier, among them: Renato Dionisi (Il Poema dei cinque sospiri and Dialoghi for clarinet and orchestra) Silvia Bianchera (Trio Dones), Francesco Ricci (Sentieri nel Canneto), Leonid Klinicev (Concerto for Piano and Orchestra and the Suite “Il Placido Don”) Sergio Rendine (Missa de Beatificazione and Passio et Ressurrectio) Gianluigi Gelmetti (Inoni, fro Voice and Orchestra), Aldo Rossi (Sonata for Viola and Piano, Siciliana and Tarantella for Orchestra), Marco Taralli ( NIOBE for Children's choir, Mezzosopran, Piccolo and Orchestra, world premier at the Auditorium “Parco della Musica” in Rome) in Memory of the Beslan’s children.
Maestro Dones has always had an intense didactic activity:
1997 Maestro Assistente at the Chigiana Musical Academy of Siena for the orchestral conducting masterclass of maestro Gianluigi Gelmetti 2003 teacher of the annual orchestral conducting course organized by the musical Association “Orchestra Sinfonica Hans Swarowsky” of Milan 2004 creator and teacher of the Fall Campus “Laboratorio di Direzione d’Orchestra” organized by the Orchestra Aloisiania Association in Castiglione delle Stiviere (Mantova). He composes music, dedicated in particular to young people, which has won first prizes in various competition (Genova, Pesaro, Milano, Athen) and special mention for their musical originality. He has been the principal conductor of “Città di Pavia” Orchestra (1986-1994) and of Teatro Marrucino in Chieti (1997-2003). Actually he is Artistic Director of the musical Association “Orchestra Sinfonica Hans Swarowsky” of Milan and principal conductor of the Rostov State Musical Theatre (Russia).

His concerts were being broadcast, in world vision too, by the Italian national television RAI, Rai international, Rai Sat and Radio Rai. To mention a few: Missa de Beatificatione (Sala Nervi Vaticano), Passio et Ressurrectio (Basilica di Santa Maria di Colle Maggio all’Aquila), Il Vento di Mikonos ( Auditorium Pio Roma), Memorial Gazzelloni (Teatro dei Rinnovati Siena).

M° Maurizio Tambara

 He finished the musical studies in Milan, supporting to the instrumental disciplines the composition and the orchestra's conduction.
  He began the study of the orchestra's conduction with Pierluigi Urbini, completing his preparation under the leader of Julius Kalmar at the   Vienna’s Musical Academy.
Named assistant by the M° Kalmar, he debuts, in this garment, in the opera's productions of the Lyric Academy of Vienna.
  Later, he has attended different courses of improvement on national and international level in Argentina, Austria, South Korea, New Zealand, France and Rumanie.
  In the course of his activity he directed a lot of symphonic formations in Italy and abroad obtaining favourable approvals of public and of critic, he directed numerous instrumental stringed , woodwind, brass wind groups.
  He collaborates with different associations as Professor of orchestra's conduction, and organizes concerts, courses, competitions and master classes.
  He is the main conductor of the Hans Swarowsky's Symphonic Orchestra, with which he has confronted programs including classic and romantic composers.
  With him, have given concerts artists as: Alessandro Lupo Pasini, Ciro Fiorentino, Eleonora Pasquali, Francesco Quaranta, Marco Fornaciari, Sebastiano Vianello, Vincenzo Balzani.
  He gives Art Orchestral courses at the "Onde Sonore" Academy and at the "Orch'idea Orchestra" of Abbiategrasso, as well as courses of orchestra's conduction at the School of Arts of music in Piemonte.
  During his career, he has been rewarded with distinctions and special mentions for the better interpretation and executions, even in First absolute hearing.
  Among the distinctions that he has obtained we can emphasize a reward for beeing the alone winner finalist of the V°International Wierner Musik Wettbewerb in conducting.
  He has recorded CD of unpublished musical works of contemporary composers (Ballabeni, Donadoni).
